Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched, confirming its acceptance.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order will only be processed after you confirm it via email or mobile.

The dispatch of products may occur at different times, depending on availability.

All products undergo inspection and secure packaging before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners strive to deliver your package as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach the provided address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping is free for orders of INR 495 or more. For orders below INR 495, a shipping fee of INR 75 applies.

Currently, DR SUNRAY does not offer international shipping.
